The name Deep Cove comes from a small, protected cove on Damariscotta Lake in Midcoast Maine. It’s a quiet place surrounded by pine trees — a place my family loves to visit to reflect, recharge, and reconnect. That sense of calm and focus is the heart of my coaching practice.
